DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery time for shipments is the number of business days (Monday to Friday) it takes to get the products purchased on the site to the final recipient from the warehouses of our suppliers and distributors.
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER TO THE FINAL RECIPIENT
Grocerys World has several suppliers and distributors who guarantee deliveries. If you order more than one product, some may be distributed from different locations and, therefore, may arrive at other times.
Products that require other delivery methods or are not currently available in our suppliers’ warehouses can be delivered separately. The estimated delivery cost for the order does not vary if the products are distributed from different places.
Your purchases are personalized and delivered to the recipient’s address. If the recipient is not present at the time of the visit, the order will not be delivered to neighbors, friends, or other people not duly indicated in the order by the customer.
The buyer (customer) may specify an alternative delivery address and name so that this person receives the order in case the original recipient is not present at the delivery time.
Orders containing errors in delivery addresses may be temporarily held until the buyer (customer) supplies correct and sufficient information. Otherwise, the order can be canceled, and the money returned to the buyer.

Some products can be delivered on particular dates. In that case, the site will allow you to specify the date and inform you if delivery can be made by the requested date. If you request delivery on a specific date, you must contact us indicating the order and delivery date and place the order at least 15 days before the desired delivery date.
REGIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES FOR Groceries World
Groceries World guarantees the delivery of your shipments with accuracy and responsibility.
The delivery times specified are the maximum delivery times for your order in business days (Monday through Friday).
If difficulties arise with the address or the recipient is not at delivery time, these deadlines may be extended. All these delivery times generally behave in the average of their range. Therefore, always consider an average when calculating the estimated arrival time of your shipment.
ALL DELIVERY TIMES BEGIN TO COUNT AFTER THE ORDER IS SUPERVISED, APPROVED AND COLLECTED
Since the purchase is made, the sender must define a second person to receive it if the recipient is absent at delivery time. The person in charge of receiving the order must then show proper identification at the time of receipt.
HOME DELIVERY RATES
Delivery rates may vary according to the destination region, the products ordered, and the exchange rates of the different currencies the site operates (USD, EUR, CAD). The customer pays all shipping costs. The recipient does not have to pay when receiving the order. If so, it is specified in the description of this type of product.
EXTRA RATES
An amount for the Delivery Fee will be added to the Basic Rate of the order if your order also contains any product in one of these categories:
– Fresh Products
– Fresh Sausages
– Home Lunches and Dinners
– Celebrations: Cakes and Buffets
– Import Products
In all cases, the delivery fee will be shown to you before you proceed with payment.
FEE WAIVER
Delivery fees will not be charged to your order if your order ONLY contains products in one of these categories:
– Gift Certificates
– Cyberstamps
RECEIPT OF ORDERS AT THE DESTINATION
The order recipient will sign a Delivery Voucher accepting the delivered goods and services according to international standards. Groceries World will keep this voucher as proof that the sale has been successfully concluded. Recipients must not sign the Delivery Voucher if, for any reason, they disagree with the quantities or quality of the products delivered, if the description of the products does not match the description detailed in the order, or if they consider it valid to reject the order.
In case of delivery errors, Groceries World guarantees the appropriate delivery of the products again without extra charges.
If Grocerys World considers the delivery to have been made correctly, we will notify you by mail that the order was not received by its recipient, and the money will be returned to your credit card.
CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY
You will be notified by mail when an order is delivered to your final recipient. Groceries World provides products based on availability in their suppliers’ warehouses; therefore, if you have ordered more than one product, you may receive more than one delivery confirmation.
VERIFICATION OF THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE ORDERS
The signature must match the one that appears on your identity document. The note can be scanned and mailed to ayuda@Grocerys World.com.
Groceries World will never ask you for information about your credit card; our site does not collect or process that information. The payment gateway will only request Your payment card number to pay the order. The delivery time to which the site is committed will begin to count from when the order is considered valid and authentic.
AGREEMENT WITH THE USER AND MODIFICATIONS
This site reserves the right to modify this Delivery Policy at its discretion or against any client that is considered to have abused it. Any revision or change will be binding, contractual, and effective immediately after publication. You agree that you will periodically review this WEB site, including the current version of our Delivery Policy. You must review it to detect any changes or revisions.
