CONTENT DELIVERY
You assign Groceries World all rights, titles, and interests of any content (including but not exclusively texts, music, sound, photographs, videos, images, illustrations, icons, graphics, and data) that are related to the site that you publish on the site or deliver to us (“delivered content”). When submitting content to us, you must not use false names or emails or try to omit or falsify the origin of the content delivery. You guarantee Groceries World the right to use, at its discretion, your name and other identifying information related to the content delivered. You represent and warrant that, for the benefit of Grocerys World, at the time you deliver content to us, (i) you own or own the rights to the content delivered, (ii) the content delivered is accurate, (iii) the content delivered does not violate any law or infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties and (iv) the content delivered is not defamatory, profane, obscene or threatening. You agree to indemnify us for any complaint about the content you delivered. Since we are not obligated to monitor the content delivered, we expressly reserve the right to edit or delete it if we consider it inappropriate.

We distribute (do not publish) the content supplied by third parties and incorporate it into the site’s content. We have no control over these third parties’ content and are not responsible for their completeness, accuracy, or reliability. SORT IN Groceries World
We accept orders from anywhere in the World and deliver to North, Central, and South America unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Delivery and handling charges will be calculated based on the destination region and the products ordered. Our payment methods describe the current payment procedures.
We reserve the right to change our payment procedures anytime by announcing the new procedure on the site. Because we process orders almost immediately after you place your order on the site, we cannot change an order once you have completed it. All product returns and order cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
PRICES
The Grocerys World.com site belongs to Grocerys World Corp., a Canadian company, so our products are sold and collected in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your credit card will be debited according to the current exchange rate applied by the bank that issues your credit card (when the deduction is made) from CAD to your card’s currency. We may sometimes post prices in other currencies for reference only. The client’s credit card will be debited according to the current exchange rate applied by the credit card issuing bank (when the deduction is made) from CAD to the currency of their card. Prices do not include delivery, handling, or other financial costs. The distribution has its prices, and Grocerys Worldcano changes them without prior notice.
PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted by Visa and Master Card credit cards. In certain circumstances, you may have funds deposited in your Groceries World account that you can use to pay for your purchases in whole or in part,, depending n the funds you have available and the total amount of the order.
CLAIMS OR COMPLAINTS
Any complaint related to the purchase of products, problems with quantities, delivery of orders, or for any other reason must be made through our customer service email info@grocerysworld.com.
RETURNS REQUESTED BY CUSTOMERS
Any customer can request credit for their purchase, and Grocerys World is obliged to return their money. If the request for the credit back is motivated by the customer’s interest or by an error made in making your purchase or any other reason not inherent in a breach, poor service, or interest in this site, 10 (10)% will be deducted from the amount to return to the client, to cover operational costs, both those related to the purchase and the return of money, as well as other bank expenses related to these operations. Suppose the credit back responds to poor service or non-compliance of the site or a decision made by its initiative. In that case, no discount will be made to the customer on the amount remitted, Groceries World assuming the costs mentioned in the previous paragraph. To get a refund, you must provide a valid email address: info@grocerysworld.com. This site will not be responsible for any claim that results from providing you with an incorrect email address.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS
You agree that the information you provide when you register and when you pay is accurate and complete. If you supply inaccurate or incomplete information, you are violating these TYCs. You must have a user ID and password for certain activities you carry out on the site. We will maintain ownership of your account and license it to you on a limited and non-exclusive basis for your active customer account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure n on the site. You should not pass your password on to anyone except people you authorize to use your account. In that case, you assume all responsibility resulting from those people’s use of the site. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach you know or suspect.

GUARANTEE
