Refund and Return Policy

CANCELING AN ORDER

All orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Orders with the status “In Process” or “Concluded” CANNOT be canceled, nor can the amount paid for them be returned to customers.
If the order is “NOT Processed,” “Approved,” or “Retained,” it can be canceled and the order amount returned to the client. However, you or your recipient may decide not to accept an order placed on the site if you believe the ordered products have not been delivered or due to any quality problem, breaks, or imperfections in the products offered.

The amount paid for the order will be refunded once the product is returned to our distributors and suppliers without having been unpacked.

Once the recipients accept the products and sign the Delivery Voucher, the value of the products is not refundable unless the product guarantee covers damages, imperfections, or breakages. If the products cannot be replaced, the total amount paid for that product will be refunded. Transactions for which money is returned to the customer may not exceed the original transaction amount.

RETURNS REQUESTED BY CUSTOMERS

Any customer can request the credit back to their purchase if the order has not been processed, and Grocerys World is obliged to return their money. If the request for the credit back is motivated by the customer’s interest or For an error made when making your purchase or any other reason not inherent in a breach, poor service, or interest of this site, 10 (10)% will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the client, to cover operational costs, both those related to the purchase and the return of money, as well as other bank expenses related to these operations.

Suppose the credit back responds to poor service or non-compliance on the site or to a decision made by its initiative. In that case, no discount will be given to the client on the amount remitted, assuming Groceries World has the costs mentioned in the previous paragraph.

HOME APPLIANCE WARRANTIES

The description of each product explains its warranty term, which is the established time that covers only technical breaks. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by negligence, blows, improper equipment use of inadequate current, incorrect installation, or wear due to its regular use. This warranty does not include damage caused by inclement weather, such as electric shock.

If your team experiences problems within the warranty term, please get in touch with our offices immediately. You must return the equipment in its original packaging or box and with all the accompanying accessories, such as cable, antenna, control, manual, etc. Groceries World undertakes to replace the equipment, as long as it is under warranty, with equipment with similar characteristics and prices, but not necessarily of the same brand.

When the use of the guarantee is necessary, the choice will be between the repair, the substitution of the equipment in the event of being declared technical low, or the return of the item amount to the customer who made the purchase in the legally established terms.

This warranty does not apply if:

– If the equipment is handled or repaired under warranty without the supplier’s knowledge
– If it lacks the seal indicating that the equipment has not been tampered with

CLAIMS FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO THE CREDIT CARD

Our risk and legal control departments investigate all requests to deny charges. If you claim fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card, it will be reported to the credit card services. The consequences of this report may lead to possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

USER AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATIONS

This site reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at its discretion or against any client who has abused it. Any revision or change will be binding, contractual, and effective immediately after publication. You agree that you will periodically review this website, including the current version of our Return Policy. You must review it to detect any changes or revisions.
